Relief Charge Nurse Workshop today. Very good to get together and discuss better ways to fill this role on the days when we don't have a core CN on. Also, with 5WJen there, it was good to get a global perspective on patient move-ability within the hospital. Must say that there was a lot of love directed to Dr. Metro and Tan Shaggy. I think they're the favorite team of the day relief charge nurses.
